WELCOME TO CAI SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA CHAPTER (in Organization)
The purpose of the Southwest Virginia Chapter is to provide education to community associations, individuals, public agencies, corporations, and other organizations which are members of the Chapter in the form of seminars, public forums, news agencies and other forms of education. CAI is the only national organization dedicated to fostering responsive, competent community associations.
CAI members include all types of association-governed communities, such as condominium and homeowner associations, cooperatives, and planned communities of all sizes; individual homeowners; community managers and management firms; builders and developers; accountants, attorneys, lenders, insurance providers, reserve specialists, and other providers of professional services; public officials; and product and service suppliers-all working together to create more livable communities.
The Chapter is Headquartered in Roanoke and the chapter serves the entire region of Southwest Virginia including, but not limited to the New River Valley, Lynchburg, Martinsville, Roanoke Valley, Salem, Smith Mountain Lake, and as far east as Appomattox, and as far west to Bristol.
